3RD PROJECT : SCULPTURE

this week our task is to make a sculpture with the harmony theme. my sculpture concept which is natural  harmony concept is a combination between three element which is human, plant and animal. 

_My hands using polystyrene painted with brown color to get the effect of real hand, then stick the fine twig on it_

_Bird, Im using newspaper, fold it to get the shape of the bird then cover it with the tissue paper_

_bird feather- cut and paste works, takes a lot of time on doing this_

_painting works, blue color for the harmony theme_

_top view, i stick on the green leaf to get the effect of trees that resembles like human hand_

2ND PROJECT : NATURAL STRUCTURE AND MAN MADE STRUCTURE

Assalamualaikum and hye everyone.. last week I've already told you about my 1st project which is my portraits and also my personal logo,this time my project is about man made and natural structure, which all of us need to draw anything that could be found in the USM only. so here I already choose these picture which is the climbing plant for the natural structure and school of computer science stairs for the man made structure.

i found this natural structure in front of lecture hall E48B. its a small creeping fern or we always called it as parasite its usually grow on tree. i choose this plant because it look beautiful and fresh with the green color leaf and it stems creeping on the bark and covered by it long scales.  

_30% done, its quite a lot of work to be done to draw the leaf and also the effect of the cracked bark_

_100% done, is it same with the actual picture?_ 

For the second picture which is man made structure, i took this picture in front of USM mosque.

from this building, I choose the leaders parts which is unique and a bit different from the others because we usually found a square or round shape. this building also look beautiful with the combination of grey and white color and it makes the building look modern and enticing.

_drawing stage_

for the colors i choose water color because it easier to paint on the cartridge paper and its also look more beautiful than using pencil colors. for the painting technique i am using the wet in wet technique which first i am wetting the area that i want to color, then by using brush i just pointed colors to that part.B using wet and wet technique the color will spread evenly to the whole part.
